Convention Registration
We’re excited you’ve chosen to join us for this year’s state convention! For hotel information and other convention logistics, please visit our convention landing page.
The registration form below will be used for both virtual and in-person registration. Please make the correct registration type selection. In-person registrants will have a couple additional steps to follow in order to help us plan for your meals and entertainment. In-person registrants will receive one email confirming registration and an additional email with a copy of your receipt.
Important Reminders!
Early registration concludes at 11:59 PM on October 7. Thereafter, everyone will pay the normal rates for registration and meal fees. Please take advantage of the early registration discounts as well as your automatic entry into a drawing for $100 for registering early.
If you have children participating in our Youth Track, please don’t forget to register them on our Youth Track page in addition to registering them with yourself using the form below. For additional details, please contact Louise Walch: louisewalch@gmail.com
If you are a state scholarship finalist, or if you are a participant in Project RISE, your registration will be handled separately by those programs. Please do not use this registration form. For additional details, please contact Joe Orozco: rise@nfbv.org, or (703) 495-3273.
